Mychael was inspired to both perform and teach dance in her 18 years of dance experience, having trained in tap, ballet, lyrical, pointe, and jazz. Mychael is an alumna of the Dance Stop Company, where she pursued her studio training from the age of eight. She also excelled in the Dance Stop Student Assistant Program. She continued her teaching education under the tutelage of Lynette Strickland and Kathy Pickle while attending college.
Mychael leads the Dance Stop Studios Summer Day Camp. She also does the playwriting for the performance portion of the very popular camp.
Mychael graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Alabama in 2017. She is a fourth grade teacher at Sope Creek Elementary School in Cobb County. Instructing students at Dance Stop Studios combines her passion for teaching with her love for dance.
