2016 Fitness Schedule

Our 2016 Fitness Schedule is updated and ready for you to reference! Print it out and stick it on the fridge, keep a copy in the car tuck it away in your gym bag. Wherever you go, take this with you so you know when your schedule jives with our schedule. Let us help you meet your fitness goals! Some things to note - Danna's Tuesday night Barre class has been moved back to 5:15 per your request. Thursday mornings we have a growing class called Roll Out Stress. Kathy Shaul leads this class, sharing the gift of self massage using Yoga Tune Up Balls - it's like having your own personal masseuse! As always, we have our amazing dance fitness line up with Zumba, Cardio Funk, Fierce FUNk and fuZion. For building long and lean muscles, we have our popular Barre Sculpt classes. Yoga for strengthening your body and mind along with Core Cardio Strength addressing exactly those areas. Our goal is to continue to change and grow to meet your needs. No membership fee - ever!
